The Electric Networks of Armenia has reported that power supply has been partially restored in several areas following a fire at the “Vardashen” 110/35/6 substation.
Electricity is currently being supplied through Distribution Substation No. 26, and power has been restored at the following locations:
Azatamartikner Street – partially
S. Davit Street – partially
Davit Bek district – fully restored
Chernyshevsky Street – fully restored
Loris Melikov Street – fully restored
Belinsky Street – fully restored
Erebuni Administrative District – fully restored
According to the initial information, the fire was contained at 00:53 and fully extinguished at 01:20. The incident affected approximately 200 square meters, with partial damage reported to the substation’s equipment.
The company notes that restoration work is ongoing. Further updates will be provided in case of changes or new developments.
