The Sea
According to statistics, people who live near the sea tend to be more active and experience lower stress levels. As a result, they are less likely to get sick, and their immune systems are generally stronger compared to those living in urban environments.
Water
The common belief that the body needs exactly eight glasses of water per day is not scientifically proven. However, it is important to drink water when you feel thirsty. The sensation of thirst indicates that the body has already lost about 1% of its total fluid volume, while a loss of 10% can be life-threatening.
