The Migration and Citizenship Service of Armenia informs that citizens can apply for an ID card through a live (on-site) queue at regional and Yerevan offices.

A limited number of queue tickets is issued daily
The number depends on each office’s capacity and workload
Important Notice
If you already have an online appointment, but decide to use the live queue, you are asked to cancel your booking
This helps other citizens see and use available time slots
Priority Rule
Priority service is given to those with online appointments
