Two passenger aircraft operated by a Russian airline were reported to have experienced technical issues within a short period at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo International Airport, according to media reports.
The first aircraft was preparing for a scheduled flight when the crew detected unusual engine-related indications during pre-departure procedures. In a separate incident shortly afterward, the crew of another aircraft reported a technical alert following its arrival.
According to available information, no injuries were reported in either case. The aircraft involved have been temporarily removed from service while inspections and technical evaluations are carried out.
Aviation authorities are expected to review the incidents and assess the circumstances surrounding the reported technical issues.
