Earlier this week, former President Donald Trump revealed that Melania Trump was deeply unsettled by an incident that left him unable to discuss it openly.

In a Monday interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham, Trump shared that Melania had been «watching live» when the event unfolded and is now struggling to talk about it with anyone.

«She was watching live. She really can’t even discuss it, and that’s alright. It shows she cares about me. She loves me,» Trump said, recounting Melania’s reaction when he returned. “When I came down, she feared the worst had happened.”

Last week, Ronald Rowe stepped in as the acting Secret Service director, replacing Kimberly Cheatle, who resigned following House hearings where she faced intense scrutiny over specific communication failures tied to a July 13 shooting incident.
