A 60-year-old mechanic from Wolverhampton wowed the Britain’s Got Talent judges and earned a golden buzzer moment that lit up the stage.
Donchez Dacres, originally from Jamaica but now living in Wolverhampton, had the audience and judges dancing along as he performed his original song, “Wiggle Wine.” His infectious energy was so powerful that judge David Walliams slammed the golden buzzer, sending Donchez straight to the live shows.
Simon Cowell, clearly impressed, told Donchez afterward, “People like you are why we make this show — you bring the fun and the joy.”
The performance turned into a full-on party: Walliams tumbled onto Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden jumped up to dance, and even hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly joined Donchez on stage for a wiggle.
Walliams joked, “I’ve wiggled and I’ve whined before, but I’ve never done both at once — you are pure sunshine!”
