Heavy snowfall is expected on March 15 and 16 in Shirak Lori the highland areas of Tavush and the mountainous zones of Aragatsotn Kotayk Vayots Dzor and Syunik as well as in Gegharkunik In some locations snowfall may be significant and may be accompanied by snowstorms and reduced visibility Ice may also form on roads
In Yerevan precipitation is expected on March 14 in the form of wet snow and mixed snow and rain From March 15 to 17 rainfall is expected while dry weather is forecast during the daytime on March 17 and on March 18
Across the rest of the country precipitation is expected in some regions on March 14 and March 17 and in most regions on March 15 and 16 Snow is expected in mountainous areas while foothill and valley areas may receive mixed snow and rain or rainfall Strong snowfall and low visibility are possible in some locations and icy conditions may appear on roads
The wind is expected to be northeast at 2 to 5 meters per second Air temperature during nighttime will gradually rise by about 7 to 10 degrees between March 14 and 16
