The Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan, has approved the schedule for the 2025–2026 academic year, including the duration of classes and holiday periods for students.
According to the official order, students in grades 1 through 12 will begin their academic year on September 1, 2025. Classes will end on May 22, 2026, for schools operating on a five-day week, and on May 23, 2026, for those following a six-day schedule.
The decision applies to all general education institutions implementing basic state educational programs, including general, specialized, and special schools.
