The Armenian government has approved a decision establishing the timetable for the summer 2026 military conscription campaign.
According to the decision, the recruitment of citizens into the Armed Forces of Armenia will take place from June 29, 2026, through August 15, 2026.
At the same time, the discharge of servicemen who have completed their mandatory military service will be carried out from June 24 through August 15, 2026, inclusive.
The decision was adopted during today’s session of the Armenian government and is part of the regular conscription and demobilization process conducted twice a year.
The summer draft will determine the intake of new conscripts into the Armed Forces, while eligible servicemen completing their terms will be released from active duty according to the approved schedule.
