

A tragic incident has been reported in Armenia’s Tavush Province, where a 21-year-old man died after entering a river to swim, according to local media.
Preliminary reports indicate that the young man entered the water in the Noyemberyan community and was later recovered from the river. Local residents identified him as a resident of Koghb village.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident have not been officially confirmed, and the case has drawn attention within the local community.
Meanwhile, the Noyemberyan Municipality stated that previously scheduled Vardavar celebrations will continue as planned due to logistical reasons, noting that guests and delegations had already arrived before the incident. The municipality also expressed its condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased and asked for the community’s understanding regarding the planned events.
