Armenia is expected to remain under the influence of warm southern air currents through July 13–15, keeping temperatures above seasonal averages in many parts of the country.
According to the Deputy Director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center, daytime temperatures in the Ararat Valley could reach 36–38°C during this period.
Weather conditions are forecast to change on the evening of July 15, when cooler air is expected to move into the region from the northwest.
As a result, air temperatures across Armenia are expected to decrease by approximately 4–5°C between July 16 and July 18, bringing more moderate conditions after several days of intense heat.
Residents are encouraged to stay hydrated, limit prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during the hottest hours of the day, and follow updates from official weather services as conditions evolve.
