Across the country, dry conditions are expected during the night of February 22. From the evening of February 22 through February 23–25, precipitation is forecast in some areas. In foothill and lowland regions, precipitation is likely to fall mainly as rain, while in mountainous areas it may occur as snow or a mix of rain and snow.
On February 26, precipitation is expected across most regions of Armenia. In foothill and lowland areas, mixed precipitation is possible, while snow is more likely in mountainous regions. In some high-altitude areas, periods of reduced visibility and localized snowstorms may occur.
Winds are expected from the southwest at 2–5 m/s. Daytime air temperatures on February 22 are forecast to decrease by approximately 3–5°C in Lori, Tavush, and Syunik regions. Further decreases of around 5–8°C during daytime hours are expected across the country between February 24 and 26.
