For children, expressions of anger like crying and stomping their feet are commonplace. Even for adults, receiving commands is rarely a pleasant experience.
It’s not just humans who dislike being compelled to do something against their will, as a YouTube video humorously illustrates.
The video begins with a horse outdoors in a spacious field. The horse is alone and can be seen near a fence and a large tree.
A few seconds into the video, a woman shouts at the horse.
She tells the horse, «Eddy, if you want to come inside, you’ll have to make a run for it.»
Meanwhile, rain is steadily falling from the sky. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the horse seems to be enjoying its time outdoors.
Eddy, on the other hand, is quite clear in his refusal to go indoors. In fact, the large animal responds in perhaps the most amusing way imaginable.
It positions itself precisely behind the substantial tree, fully concealing itself. Eddy’s owner doesn’t appear to be amused by the pet’s comical response.
«What? You’re not hiding behind that tree. I know you’re not,» Eddy’s owner states. She calls out to the horse once more just before the clip ends.
She asks, «Eddy?»
Her desperate attempt is entirely in vain. The horse remains in place, hiding behind the tree. In this comical battle of wills, it’s difficult to determine who the victor is!
