On February 15 (daytime), strong winds are expected in parts of the Shirak, Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik, and Syunik regions, as well as in the mountainous areas of Aragatsotn and Kotayk. Wind speeds may reach 18–22 m/s. In some mountainous areas, snowstorms and reduced horizontal visibility are also forecast.

Across much of the country, precipitation is expected in many areas during the daytime on February 15, on the nights of February 15 and 18, and in some regions on February 19.
In foothill and valley areas, precipitation is expected in the form of rain and sleet.
In mountainous regions, snowfall is forecast.
In some high-altitude areas, snowstorms and low visibility are possible.
Dry weather is expected during the daytime on February 15, on February 16–17, and during the daytime on February 18.
The wind will be predominantly southwesterly at 3–6 m/s, with gusts intensifying in some regions:
