The commander of the Chambarak military unit has been removed from his position by a decision of Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan.
The information was confirmed to AuroraNews by Aram Torosyan, spokesperson for Armenia’s Ministry of Defense.
“I confirm that Colonel Dallakyan no longer holds the position of commander of the specified military unit,” Torosyan said.
The Ministry of Defense did not provide further details regarding the reasons for the commander’s removal from the post.
