Sajak shared that the ordeal began during a routine morning walk with his daughter when he was suddenly hit with unbearable abdominal pain. The situation escalated quickly, and he soon found himself doubled over, urgently needing medical care. Although he was given pain relief, nothing seemed effective—until one potent medication kicked in, offering immediate comfort.
However, the powerful drug brought more than just physical relief. Sajak described slipping into what felt like an otherworldly state filled with brilliant colors and an overwhelming calm.
