Printing Error Discovered in English Exam

Today, during the unified foreign language exam, a printing error was identified at several examination centers in Versions 2 and 4 of the English test. The Assessment and Testing Center (ATC) reported that corrected copies were distributed to applicants to replace the defective pages.

Applicants taking Versions 2 and 4 were also granted additional time of 30 to 45 minutes to complete the exam.

According to the Center, the issue has been resolved. Officials noted that while such errors are undesirable, they can occur during large-scale printing processes. The key factor, they emphasized, is timely response and resolution, which was provided.

However, due to the stress caused by the situation, a decision has been made to organize an additional exam for applicants who took the English Version 2 or 4 tests affected by the printing error. Participation in the additional exam will be possible if the applicant agrees to cancel the results of the current exam. This means all affected applicants will have the option to take the exam again.

Further details regarding the date of the additional exam will be announced soon, the Center said.
