Member of Parliament Hayk Sargsyan from the ruling Civil Contract faction has put forward a new proposal related to social support for military personnel.
According to the MP, the initiative envisions providing 1.5 to 3 million Armenian drams to each soldier upon demobilization. Sargsyan stated that if the proposal receives support from more than 10,000 citizens, the draft initiative will be formally introduced into circulation.
“Public support is important,” the MP wrote, sharing a video outlining the details of the proposal.
