Most of us may have sleep problems at one point or another in our lives, but what really matters is how we deal with it. Some read, some listen to music, and some take special pills, if everything is much more complicated.

However, a mother and her son chose a much better and more effective way to overcome insomnia, and millions of people are happy with it.

Lance started dancing with his mother, Lucy, as soon as he started walking. He definitely communicated his love for dance through music.

So when Lucy said she wasn’t tired at all one night, Lance knew exactly what to do to help her sleep.

Meghan Trainor’s “Dear Husband” son started dancing, and Lance, who is now a father of two, was ready to grab his sweet mom and start dancing with her.

The two managed to dance just beautifully, and Lance’s daughter clapped from the sidelines while the rest of the family took pictures of the sweet and memorable moment.

Not only do they dance wonderfully, but their facial expressions make them so funny.

Midway through the song, Lucy turned to the camera and said that’s what happened to people who couldn’t sleep in Louisiana.

Just a few minutes after the video appeared on the Internet, it was viewed millions of times and shared by tens of thousands of people who simply fell in love with the mother and son dance. It’s clear that Lucy is happy to dance with her son, and Lance is very happy to be working with him.

At the end of the dance, Lucy says something that makes the whole family burst out laughing, and Lance ends up on the floor because he couldn’t stop laughing. These two are so much fun together!
