Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Arsen Torosyan, shared a video on social media explaining how and by how much pensions and disability benefits for citizens will increase.
According to the Minister, standard pensions will increase by 10,000 AMD. Pensions for long-serving military personnel are also set to increase.
In addition to the standard increase, citizens will have the option to raise their pension amount by up to an additional 10,000 AMD through a cashback-based program.
Earlier, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that pensions in Armenia are scheduled to increase starting from April 1.
