A nutrition specialist has noted that some processed dumpling products may contain relatively high levels of saturated fat and salt, which are generally recommended to be limited as part of a balanced diet.
According to Olga Yamilova, a public health nutrition expert and associate professor at the Institute of Preventive Medicine of the Pacific State Medical University, such products should be consumed in moderation. She explained that minced meat used in processed foods can often be higher in saturated fats and salt compared to fresh, minimally processed alternatives.
Health professionals commonly recommend maintaining a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods and limiting excessive intake of saturated fats and sodium, as these dietary factors are associated with long-term health considerations.
