On Monday March 9 unstable geomagnetic conditions are expected throughout much of the day with a tendency toward stronger activity A geomagnetic disturbance with a level of 4 is expected around 13 00 Moscow time and may last until about 15 00 A similar level of geomagnetic activity is also forecast in the evening from about 20 00 to 22 00 Moscow time
During periods of increased geomagnetic activity weather sensitive individuals may experience discomfort including headaches fatigue or fluctuations in blood pressure There may also be a higher risk of worsening symptoms for people with chronic conditions
