
A new cyclone from the Mediterranean region is expected to approach Armenia in the coming days According to information shared by Gagik Surenyan deputy director of the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center the cyclone will begin affecting the country during the night of March 13 to 14 and may remain active until March 16
Precipitation is expected during the night and morning of March 14 as well as on March 15 and 16 across most regions In mountainous and foothill areas it may fall as snow while valley areas may experience wet snow and rain
Weather conditions are expected to stabilize after March 17 when precipitation may temporarily stop for about two days
Air temperatures during daytime are not expected to change significantly over the next five days However night temperatures may gradually increase during this period
