The Electric Networks of Armenia has announced scheduled power outages on March 31 due to maintenance works across several districts of Yerevan and multiple regions.
Yerevan
Electricity supply will be temporarily interrupted in the Arabkir, Ajapnyak, and Nor Nork districts.
In Arabkir, outages will take place from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, affecting Komitas Avenue and nearby streets, including residential buildings, private houses, and public facilities such as a school and market.
In Ajapnyak, power will be cut from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in parts of Abelyan, Fuchik, Bashinjaghyan, Janibekyan, and Rostomyan streets.
In Nor Nork, outages will occur between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM in selected areas of the 1st and 5th districts, impacting residential buildings and several companies.
Regions
Power interruptions are also planned in several regions:
Ararat region: outages in Masis city and nearby villages during different timeframes throughout the day
Kotayk region: partial outages in Yeghvard and surrounding areas from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Gegharkunik region: scheduled outages in Akunk village (11:00 AM–2:00 PM) and Mets Masrik village (2:00 PM–4:50 PM)
The company stated that the outages are necessary to carry out maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
