A tragic road accident occurred on April 10 on the Armavir–Gyumri highway, resulting in multiple fatalities and injuries.
According to official information, the collision involved a BMW and an Opel vehicle near the 47th kilometer of the road. Authorities have identified those involved following investigative efforts.

As a result of the crash:
Six individuals lost their lives, including the driver of the Opel and several passengers
The victims included both adults and children
Several injured individuals were transported to the Gyumri Medical Center, with some later transferred by air ambulance to specialized hospitals in Yerevan for further treatment.
