Civil aviation flight crew members will receive higher pension supplements
Required work experience:
Men: at least 25 years
Women: at least 20 years
In case of health-related retirement, the requirement is reduced by 5 years
Coal industry workers will also see increased supplements
Applies to those with at least 25 years of full-time work in coal or shale mining, or mine construction
