The Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center of Armenia forecasts unstable weather conditions across Armenia in the coming days.
On May 3 (daytime), as well as May 4–7 and the daytime of May 8, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions. In certain areas, hail is also possible. Winds will be southwesterly at 2–5 m/s, with gusts reaching 16–20 m/s during thunderstorms.
Air temperatures are expected to rise by 2–4°C on May 3–4, followed by a gradual decrease of 4–6°C on May 5–6.
In Yerevan, rain and thunderstorms are expected on the afternoon of May 3, as well as during the nights and afternoons of May 4–7. Wind speeds may increase up to 16–19 m/s during storms. Dry weather is expected on May 8.
Residents are advised to monitor weather updates and take precautions during periods of strong wind and possible hail.
