The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia has announced that a commission meeting regarding military service deferments for individuals with significant achievements in culture and the arts will take place on May 13, 2026, at 14:30.
The commission was established by order of the minister and is responsible for providing conclusions on granting deferments from mandatory military service to eligible citizens recognized for notable accomplishments in cultural and artistic fields.
The meeting will review relevant applications and cases in accordance with the established legal procedures.
