Veolia Water has reported an авария on the “Ghazanchi 2” water pipeline, which supplies water to nearly half of Gyumri and 13 surrounding villages.
The damaged 600 mm cast-iron pipeline was affected near the village of Jradzor, resulting in water losses estimated at 90–100 liters per second.
The company’s “Shirak” operational branch has announced temporary water supply interruptions in the affected communities and has begun emergency repair operations.
Veolia Water stated that additional information about the ongoing repair work will be provided later.
