Search and rescue operations are continuing following the vehicle accident that occurred on June 27, during which two people were swept into the Pambak River.
According to officials, rescue teams resumed operations early on June 28. Divers from the Rescue Service, specialists from Sevan, and volunteer diver Vahe Melkonyan are participating in the search.
Authorities said the body of one victim has already been recovered and identified as 30-year-old Sevak Mayilyan, a resident of Vanadzor.
The search remains underway for the second missing person, identified as 36-year-old Tigran Karapetyan, also from Vanadzor. Several divers continue searching along the Pambak River.
