Dry weather is expected in Yerevan during the daytime on July 2 and overnight into July 3. Beginning late on July 3, and continuing July 4–7, the capital is forecast to experience short periods of rain and thunderstorms, with wind gusts reaching 17–20 m/s during storms.
According to Armenia’s Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center, heavy rainfall is possible in some parts of Yerevan on the evening of July 4 and during the night of July 5.
Across Armenia, dry conditions are expected through the daytime on July 2 and overnight into July 3. From the afternoon of July 3 through July 7, short-lived rain and thunderstorms are forecast across much of the country, with hail possible in isolated areas. Some locations may experience heavy rainfall between July 4 and July 7.
Winds will be westerly at 2–5 m/s, strengthening to 18–23 m/s during thunderstorms. Air temperatures are expected to rise by 2–3°C through July 3, before gradually decreasing by 5–7°C during the daytime between July 4 and July 6.
