

Most of Armenia is expected to experience dry weather on July 20 and 21, while isolated thunderstorms are forecast to return to some areas later in the week.
According to the latest forecast, brief rain showers and thunderstorms are possible in isolated regions during the afternoon of July 22 and 23, as well as during the night and afternoon of July 24. Some areas may also experience hail.
Southwesterly winds are expected at 2–5 m/s, with gusts reaching 16–20 m/s during thunderstorms. In Armavir Province and the foothill areas of Aragatsotn and Kotayk, evening winds are forecast to strengthen to 15–18 m/s from July 20 through July 24.
In Yerevan, dry weather is expected on July 20 and 21. However, isolated evening showers and thunderstorms may develop in parts of the capital between July 22 and July 24. Evening winds are also expected to strengthen to 13–16 m/s throughout the forecast period.
Forecasters say air temperatures are expected to remain largely unchanged over the next several days.
