Planned gas supply interruptions have been announced for Yerevan, Gyumri and several communities in Syunik Province on September 9–10 due to scheduled maintenance work.
In Yerevan, gas supply will be suspended on September 9 from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the Erebuni administrative district, affecting consumers in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th rows of the Sari Tagh neighborhood.
In Gyumri, gas supply will be suspended on September 9 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The interruption will affect consumers on Raskatlyan, Baronyan, Khachatryan and Poghosyan streets, apartment buildings No. 6, 10 and 10A on Khrimyan Hayrik Highway, building 4A in the 1st Khrimyan Hayrik district, the beginning section of Armenakyan Street, as well as nearby public organizations.
A longer interruption is planned in Syunik Province, beginning at 9:00 AM on September 9 and continuing until 9:00 PM on September 10.
Gas supply will be suspended in the cities of Kapan and Kajaran, as well as the settlements of Syunik, Achanan (Khalaj), Sznak, Hamletavan, Lernadzor, Dzagedzor, Barikavan, Andokavan and Tavshut.
The interruption will also affect a number of businesses, CNG filling stations, industrial facilities and other public organizations operating in the affected areas, including the Zangezur Copper Molybdenum Combine and Kapan Mining and Processing Company.
Consumers have been asked to follow gas safety requirements during the interruption. The company apologized for the inconvenience.
