A magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck Turkey’s southeastern Şanlıurfa Province, according to the country’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
According to the agency, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Karaköprü district of Şanlıurfa Province.
The earthquake was recorded at approximately 10:40 AM local time.
There were no immediate reports of casualties or significant damage following the earthquake.
