The sister of the pregnant woman who died in a tragic incident near Sevan has published a new emotional statement on social media, claiming that her sister was intentionally killed.
In the post, Viktorya alleged that her sister Marianna had been subjected to prolonged domestic violence, physical abuse, and isolation by her husband, Hayk G.
According to her statement, on the day of the incident Marianna reportedly asked to stop the vehicle and got out. Viktorya claims the suspect then chased after her, dragged her by the hair back to the car, severely beat her, and later pushed her from the vehicle.
She alleged that the victim suffered serious injuries, including jaw fractures, spinal and neck injuries, facial bruises, and extensive hair loss.
“Our sister did not commit suicide. She was intentionally killed,” Viktorya wrote in the post.
The victim’s sister also claimed that numerous women had contacted her with allegations that the suspect had previously deceived or manipulated them.
In the statement, Viktorya further alleged that the suspect admitted guilt in connection with the incident.
Armenian authorities have not yet officially confirmed the allegations made in the social media post. The investigation into the case is ongoing.
