Arman Tsarukyan Earns $450,000 at UFC 331 After Knockout Win Over Mauricio Ruffy

Armenian UFC lightweight Arman Tsarukyan was among the highest-paid fighters at UFC 331 after scoring a first-round knockout victory over Mauricio Ruffy in Los Angeles. The UFC officially awarded Tsarukyan a $100,000 Performance of the Night bonus for his finish.

According to salary figures disclosed by the California State Athletic Commission, Tsarukyan received a $350,000 fight purse for the bout. Combined with his $100,000 Performance of the Night bonus, his disclosed earnings from the event reached approximately $450,000.

The UFC 331 bonus recipients included Tsarukyan and Casey O’Neill for Performance of the Night, while the flyweight title fight between Joshua Van and Alexandre Pantoja received Fight of the Night honors.

Tsarukyan’s $350,000 disclosed purse placed him among the event’s higher-paid fighters. Pantoja received a disclosed $650,000 purse, while Van received $500,000, according to the commission figures reported after the event.

The victory was particularly significant for Tsarukyan’s lightweight career. He stopped Ruffy late in the opening round with a powerful elbow, recording another major win in the UFC’s 155-pound division.

The disclosed figures do not necessarily represent a fighter’s complete take-home income, as sponsorship arrangements, taxes and other contractual payments or deductions may not be reflected in publicly reported purses.
