The U.S. Embassy in Armenia has reminded visa holders that they are required to comply with the conditions of their U.S. visas and avoid violating immigration rules.
According to the embassy, remaining in the United States beyond the authorized period of stay may result in a permanent ban on future entry into the country.
The embassy also noted that consular officers have access to travelers’ entry and exit records, meaning any immigration violations will be visible during future visa applications or entry reviews.
The U.S. Embassy urges all travelers to carefully observe the terms of their visas and depart the United States before their authorized stay expires in order to avoid serious immigration consequences.
