Grigori Galstyan, a native of Artsakh, has reportedly been killed in Ukraine, according to the Berd newspaper.
The publication reported that Galstyan was the only child of Liana Grigoryan, originally from Askeran.
“Unfortunately, the series of painful losses among Artsakh Armenians continues,” the newspaper wrote, noting that the Russia-Ukraine war has also claimed the lives of Armenians who had been living in Ukraine or Russia for years.
According to the report, Grigori Galstyan’s family lived in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine. His father, Galust Galstyan, was originally from the village of Nngi in the Martuni region.
The publication did not provide further details regarding the circumstances of Grigori Galstyan’s death.
