Gazprom Armenia has announced planned gas supply interruptions in several areas of Yerevan and the Ararat, Lori and Tavush provinces due to scheduled maintenance work.
On September 17, the following areas will be affected:
Yerevan, Avan district: apartment buildings on Acharyan Street and nearby public and commercial organizations — from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Masis: consumers in the 3rd District and nearby organizations — from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Ararat Province: Taperakan settlement — from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Vanadzor: Griboyedov, Hambardzumyan and Cherkasy streets, as well as the Bulgarian District — from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Tavush Province: Varagavan and Verin Tsaghkavan settlements — from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
A longer interruption is also planned in Yerevan’s Erebuni administrative district, beginning at 10:00 AM on September 17 and continuing until 6:00 PM on September 18.
The shutdown will affect private houses on sections of Michurin, Sasuntsi Davit, Suvorov, Achemyan, Burnazyan, Lisinyan, L. Melikyan and Muratsan streets, as well as properties on Achemyan Dead End, Burnazyan 1st Dead End, Glinka Lane and Glinka 1st Lane.
Several apartment buildings on Michurin Street, Sasuntsi Davit Street, Suvorov Street, Tigran Mets Avenue, Glinka Street, Achemyan Street, Yerkatgtsi Street and Lisinyan Street will also be affected, along with nearby private houses and public and commercial organizations.
Gazprom Armenia apologized to consumers for the inconvenience and urged residents in the affected areas to comply with gas safety requirements during the interruption and restoration of supply.
