Armenia’s Ministry of Defense has announced that several ceremonial artillery shots will be fired as part of preparations for the military parade scheduled for May 28.
According to the ministry, one artillery shot will be fired in Lusakert on May 21 at around 2:00 p.m.
In Yerevan, two additional shots will be fired on May 22 at 10:00 a.m. in the area of the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy in Nor Nork’s 6th district and at Hrazdan Stadium.
The ministry asked residents to take the information into account and not be alarmed by the sounds.
