Weather forecasters say short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in Yerevan on the evening of May 25, during the night and evening of May 26, as well as during the daytime on May 28 and on May 29–30.
Strong wind gusts of 17–20 meters per second are also expected during thunderstorms.
Dry weather is forecast for May 27 and the night of May 28 in the capital.
Across Armenia, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions on the afternoon of May 25, periodically on May 26, during the daytime on May 28, and on May 29–30. Hail is also possible in certain areas.
Southwestern winds are expected at 2–5 meters per second, with gusts reaching 18–22 meters per second during thunderstorms.
Meteorologists also report that daytime temperatures will gradually rise by 4–6 degrees between May 25 and May 27.
